Wealton purchases eligible properties at above-market rates from private landowners. Our projects are AFSL backed, offering security and peace of mind to property owners, knowing that their land is in safe hands. We have many successful projects completed, so landowners can be confident that they're entrusting their land with a reputable developer. All properties must pass our due diligence process before we make an offer.
