How does it work?
We provide an individual prospectus for each project in line with regulatory requirements, however, here are some general considerations for potential investors:

Investors contribute funds in the initial stages of a project
Investors are paid out after completion and settlement of the project
All investment returns and conditions are provided in the project prospectus and can differ between projects

At Wealton, we develop in modern, attractive townhouses. We work with builders and consultants to ensure project success. Some of our townhouse projects include Isla, Vida, Alina, Botanica and Del Sol developments of 2, 3 or 4 bedroom townhouses.
Apartments
From locating ideal sites and working with landowners, to hiring architects and builders, we oversee the whole development process. Our apartments are boutique style and low-density for privacy and comfort. For instance, our Isla project consists of 6 apartments on Ettalong Beach on the Central Coast.
Over 55s Accommodation
Over 55s accommodation is designed for retirees or those working part-time. These communities offer residents a variety of amenities, like shared spaces where they can socialise or plan events together; common areas and private gardens.
